Training | Self-Preservation Course

The incidence of sexual related crimes in South Africa is of the highest in the world,  with more than 45000 incidents reported per year (2019-2023). This course covers anti-rape concepts and basic self-defence, and is designed to:

• Improve awareness to proactively identify a possible attack
• Identify actions that can be taken to reduce the likelihood of an attack
• Improve decision making and course of action (COA) evaluation
• Rehearse recommended actions to be taken in the event of an attack

The course is constantly revised to reflect the latest criminal trends and methods (modus operandi). The course includes live simulation exercises.
